Doyle grew up in Altus, Oklahoma, and graduated from Southwestern Oklahoma State University in Weatherford. He left the Conoco Tax Department in Ponca City to start this radio ministry in 1992. Doyle and his wife, Nancy, are pictured with their six grandchildren, Lydia, Emery, Ezra, Makenzie, Lennon, and Madelyn.  He is mostly retired from the ministry but still consults where he is needed.
